Paranoid is Black Sabbath's second studio album, released September 1970 in the UK. The USA release was delayed until January 1971.
Paranoid features several signature songs, including "War Pigs," "Iron Man," "Fairies Wear Boots," and the title track, which was the band's only Top 20 hit, reaching number 4 in the UK charts. The album has been the focus of many accolades. Rolling Stone, in 2017, called Paranoid the greatest metal album of all time.
Now ‘Paranoid’ gets the deluxe treatment bolstered by alternative and instrumental bonus tracks.
